Pan-fried Fish Fillet with Tomato Apple Salsa

Seasoning
VITAGEN Less Sugar Apple2 bottles
Tabasco1 tbsp
SaltSprinkle
Freshly squeezed lemon juice2 tbsp
Freshly ground black pepperSprinkle
Salsa
Large tomato, diced1
Red apple, diced1
Green apple, diced1
Small onion, chopped finely1
Step 1 First, prepare the salsa. Combine the cut apples, tomato and onion together. Add in the seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.
Step 2 Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry fish till golden brown.
Step 3 Serve fish with salsa and a dash of paprika.
