Fresh Fruit Trifle
Easy, delicious trifle in a delectable combination.
Ingredients
Base
10 Italian finger biscuits
5 bottles VITAGEN, any flavour
1 papaya, diced
1 kiwi, diced
4 strawberries, cut into quarters
Custard
250ml Moo Fresh milk
1 tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Jelly
1 box jelly
Method
Make your jelly in advance according to pack instructions and leave it in the fridge to set.
Line 5 shallow bowls with 2 finger biscuits each. Pour a bottle of VITAGEN over the finger biscuits for each bowl.
To make the custard, combine all ingredients over low heat and stir well until thick and creamy. Let it cool at room temperature.
Spread fruits, jelly and custard over the base. Chill trifle in refrigerator until it’s set before serving.
