Matcha Jelly with
A light and refreshing dessert to help beat the heat.
4 bottles VITAGEN Less Sugar LB
10g gelatine powder
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 cup water
200g mixed berries
1 tbsp lemon zest
Pour VITAGEN Less Sugar LB into a container and freeze it until it becomes frozen.
In a separate bowl, combine gelatine powder, matcha powder and sugar. Add water and stir well.
Boil mixture for 5 minutes and pour it into a bowl. Let it cool before placing it in the refrigerator to set.
To serve, fluff the frozen VITAGEN (granita) by grating it with a fork into a bowl. Add matcha jelly and top it with mixed berries and lemon zest. Serve chilled.
