Chicken Chop in Fruity Sauce
Chicken breast2
Salt1 tsp
Freshly ground black pepperSprinkle
Dry breadcrumbsSprinkle
Egg, lightly beaten1
Fruity Sauce
Orange, diced1
Tomato, diced1
Ripe mango, diced1
Mint leavesSprinkle
VITAGEN orange1 tbsp
Lime juice1 bottle
Olive oil1 tbsp
Salt and pepperSprinkle
Step 1 Put together all the cut fruits and chill them in the refrigerator.
Step 2 Rub salt and pepper all over chicken breast. Heat 5 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan.
Step 3 Coat chicken breast in egg and then gently coat it with breadcrumbs. Then fry in medium fire for around 5 minutes on each side until cooked.
Step 4 Just before serving, mix together VITAGEN, lime juice, olive oil and toss it in with the chilled fruits. Add in mint leaves, salt and pepper to taste and serve with the fried chicken.
