VITAGEN Less Sugar Apple | 2 bottles |
Tabasco | 1 tbsp |

Freshly squeezed lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
Freshly ground black pepper | Sprinkle |
Salsa
Large tomato, diced | 1 |
Red apple, diced | 1 |
Green apple, diced | 1 |
Small onion, chopped finely | 1 |
Step 1 | First, prepare the salsa. Combine the cut apples, tomato and onion together. Add in the seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator. |
Step 2 | Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry fish till golden brown. |
Step 3 | Serve fish with salsa and a dash of paprika. |
