Prevention Is Better Than Cure

Nasi lemak, pisang goreng, fried chicken and char koey teow - scrumptious Malaysian food that we sometimes have a habit of overeating. With us eating more than we should, food can become a threat to our digestive health.
In conjunction with World Digestive Health Day (WDHD) 2019 which was marked on June 25 here in KL, two local bodies joined forces - Digestive Health Malaysia (DHM) and Vitagen Healthy Digestion Programme - to educate and empower Malaysians to walk the talk when it comes to digestive health. The event was attended by Datuk Dr Muhammad Radzi Abu Hassan, Prof Dr Raja Affendi Raja Ali, Dr Lee Hock Bee, Dr Tee E Siong and Poh Eng Lip who made up the media panel which explored digestive health issues in Malaysia, and was moderated by emcee Adrian Seet.
