Matcha Jelly with VITAGEN Granita

A light and refreshing dessert to help beat the heat.

Ingredients
  • 4 bottles VITAGEN Less Sugar LB
  • 10g gelatine powder
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 200g mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
Method
  1. Pour VITAGEN Less Sugar LB into a container and freeze it until it becomes frozen.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine gelatine powder, matcha powder and sugar. Add water and stir well.
  3. Boil mixture for 5 minutes and pour it into a bowl. Let it cool before placing it in the refrigerator to set.
  4. To serve, fluff the frozen VITAGEN (granita) by grating it with a fork into a bowl. Add matcha jelly and top it with mixed berries and lemon zest. Serve chilled.
