Pan-fried Fish Fillet with Tomato Apple Salsa
Enjoy the right balance of spicy and tangy with our version of pan-fried fish fillet.

Ingredients
Fish
- 2 pcs fish fillet
- 1/2 tsp salt
Salsa Seasoning
- 2 bottles VITAGEN Apple
- 1 tbsp Tabasco
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper
Salsa
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 red apple, diced
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped finely

Method
- Prepare the salsa by combining tomato, sliced apples and onion. Add in the salsa seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry the fish until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
