Pan-fried Fish Fillet with Tomato Apple Salsa
Enjoy the right balance of spicy and tangy with our version of pan-fried fish fillet.

Ingredients
Fish
2 pcs fish fillet
1/2 tsp salt
Salsa Seasoning
2 bottles VITAGEN Apple
1 tbsp Tabasco
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper
Salsa
1 large tomato, diced
1 red apple, diced
1 green apple, diced
1 small onion, chopped finely

Method
Prepare the salsa by combining tomato, sliced apples and onion. Add in the salsa seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry the fish until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve fish with salsa and a dash of paprika.
