Pan-fried Fish Fillet with Tomato Apple Salsa

Enjoy the right balance of spicy and tangy with our version of pan-fried fish fillet.

Ingredients
Fish
  • 2 pcs fish fillet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Salsa Seasoning
  • 2 bottles VITAGEN Apple
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Sprinkle of salt and freshly ground pepper
Salsa
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 red apple, diced
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
Method
  1. Prepare the salsa by combining tomato, sliced apples and onion. Add in the salsa seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and pan-fry the fish until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Serve fish with salsa and a dash of paprika.
